i paid 40$USD to go see lawler at a club...i forget the name now. daniel dubb opened for him, and fuck did he ever rock it. lawler disappointed me slightly and i left early.

that was the only party i paid for, luckily...thanks to maher, obviously. but i also picked and chose my parties. i wasn't trying to get into space or all those hyped up expensive clubs. i went with the flow and went to the parties that i was fortunate enough to have guestlist/vip for. some days, i partied hard. others, i spent at the beach and went to a small hotel party at night. nothing too extravagant.

i guess i am "mad hooked up" as zek says, lol...i was lucky that the parties i did get in for free were showcasing awesome talent...fanciulli. voorn, sasha and digweed, shlomi aber, guy gerber, zabiela, the whole circo loco party, etc etc etc...

but seriously, the most expensive cover charge i saw was at the circo loco party. door prices were 90$USD. crazy! i think presales were roughly 50$USD. so if ure on a budget, avoid those crazy expensive ones.

i mean, i saw s&d for free at mansion but they were only charging 50$USD at the door. very affordable considering who ure seeing, length of their tag team set & the venue.

cover charges run from 10$USD all the way up to 100$USD...u just hafta do some research and pick and choose your events.

I'm bored. Let it be march already.

I went to WMC 2010

I live out west so flight cost around 650 round trip

we went for 8 days in a 3 bedroom condo with 5 friends. the condo was like 3500 dollars a week. so that was like 700 USD

then got the tickets. probably spent a few hundred each on tickets

plus food, booze, drugs i spent 1400 dollars LOL


basically I went all out

it ended up costing around 3grand

i dont see why you would wanna do miami on a budget. south beach is for ballers its much more fun if you have lotsa money

me and 4 pals rented a condo right in the heart of south beach for like 400 each
and our flight was like 350 round trip from nyc

party wise defffff get advanced tickets cause they will rob you without a gun at the door...

to save money me and my friends hit up the liqour store and got enuff booze and mixers and pre-gamed hardcore before we got inside the club...we also hit up the supermarket and got tv dinners
cause when you been partying for the last 10-12 hours the last thing you want to do is have to cook a meal from scratch plus like i said you save money

cab from south beach to the clubs downtown usually run around 25 bucks each way...you can save money by takeing the bus...i did it one night and lets just say the people on the bus that late at night arent the most colorfull people you wanna be around but its alot cheaper

also when leaving clubs in the downtown area at like 5 or 6am (space,parkwest.karu and y etc etc) and your lookin for a cab back home...so is everyone and their mother and it will take you a while plus that part of town isent the prettyest so i dont suggest walking threw it alone its very run down filled with crackheads and homeless people to say the least

where did you guys stay andrew?

definitely considering it but going back to ibiza is top priority for 2011 if i can convince my man and find a good group of friends to go with I'll probably go for four days or so! but some great tips in here
