When Obama was here on Thursday lots of jets were flying overhead. I had no part of anything except was told to not go to Seoul.

Still think it was too slow to be a solid fuel missile/rocket... Also plume is too big to be something smaller like a SM-3, which is the only navy missile (that isn't an SLBM) that goes pretty much straight up.
