I've partied with my dad on numerous occasions. I'm totally glad that I had the opportunity to that with him. He's pretty much done now but it was an extraordinary opportunity when it existed.

It's funny because when I first got hooked on hard trance back in 2001, my buddy and I would go to these small events where his son-in-law was spinning. At the time his step-daughter was in her upper 20's and many wouldn't believe that he was the DJ's father (daughter was spinning too). Those were the old days when hard trance was king (at least to me) and we partied with Lady Bass, Chicklet, Ken Finch... etc. My friend's son-in-law was DJ Lyphe and his wife went by Lady B or Ladybug. I'm sure most you ppl don't know, but back then they did pretty good for themselves.

I'll prob be too old to party a bit with my kids, but it would have been kinda cool.

I have heard every single one of them spin back in the early 2000s. I miss the hard days of trance.
