We can do a release on Beatport as "TA AllStars"
just push out 8 remixes or so in 1 EP?

wooowwzers. I was really curious about that myself that doesn't make for good kharma.

I'd definitely be willing to mix these cryo and I like how you ask if we're interested first. One thing I've always appreciated about you is the level of thought you put into everything you do.

I agree with Ralphie on this (y)

Also, considering how both tracks have got a similar number of votes, I think you should put both up for remix

No problemo, EJ - I'll provide the original vocals and timestretched to 128 for convenience, since I'm sure many people will want that; any other tempos will be up to you guys to stretch.

If you do a pack for either, any chance of the midi + audio? That would save a bunch of time.

Yeah, my style is definitely on the soft side, that's why I need you guys to make 'em pound the dance floor!

I'll provide the MIDI and audio for all the key parts, but I don't plan on providing audio stems for everything. Hopefully, that's OK with you guys.

Hmmmm....not a bad idea as long as it's done right. I think we'd need a label to sign them, though, wouldn't we? Maybe Storyteller's new label needs an EP release to kickstart it???? (hint, hint)

Thanks Robby! Yeah, I really wanted to make sure that there was some interest and get some guidance from you guys before wasting my time!

Dude, you should've asked me! Or, maybe you did and I forgot (that's more likely ). Anyway, glad you're interested!

It's starting to look like I won't have much choice!

The "No One Knows" remix pack is up - see the first post. Looking forward to hearing what you guys come up with!

Posted by kevin shawn on Jan-02-2011 23:13:

Downloading! Thanks for the remix pack, can't promise I will do it any justice but it will be my first time messing with vocals!

Posted by Mise on Jan-02-2011 23:23:

I may give it a shoot!

thnks cryo, very nice!

Posted by DJ RANN on Jan-02-2011 23:41:

Thanks Dave - just a quickie before I Download, why is the 128bpm version only 42 MB? Is it just the vocal?

Yeah, just the 4 main vocal parts and the MIDI, plus a few other goodies. The full version has all the main (dry) vocals, the vocal effect parts, and audio for the main synths and bass (i.e., it's overkill).

I'm in. I didn't even listen to the tracks yet, but I know that Aliciya Angel and cryophonik productions are always top quality. This comes at a great time too, I've been craving some vocals for a remix. I've been listening to the DI.fm club channel a lot lately, so it might be some sort of bangin club/house remix.

Posted by BshidoHEAT on Jan-03-2011 04:41:

Thanks a ton Cryo! Gotta love your remix packs!

Posted by cryophonik on Jan-03-2011 05:35:

The remix pack for "I Believe" is now posted as well. See the OP for the download link. Again, let me know if there are any issues with the download or the files themselves.

Oh, and thank YOU guys for doing this - believe me, we're as excited to hear these remixes as you guys are to make them.

Cant wait to have a look at this, will have to wait for tomorrow though :/

Posted by Kysora on Jan-03-2011 15:16:

That download took 5 hours, haha.. Christ. It's finished, I'll tackle it tonight. I already have some pretty good ideas

Posted by XDR on Jan-03-2011 16:16:

Awesome, will try something with one of them when I find the time. Nice songs!

Posted by Dan Ryan on Jan-03-2011 16:35:

Great songs man. I'm going to get started on "I Believe" as soon as the download is finished!

Ouch - do you have a slow ISP? It's not taking that long for everybody, is it?

Posted by JEO on Jan-03-2011 17:02:

No, took about 5 minutes..

Posted by Mise on Jan-03-2011 17:03:

Cryo Im really having a good time with this vocals! is something cool comes out, we should do something with it

Posted by Waza on Jan-03-2011 17:04:

No dave it just took me 2 mins for the 264mb file

Posted by Kysora on Jan-03-2011 20:06:

Actually my home ISP just sucks. The absolute fastest I've ever seen it go is like 250 kb/s and that was on a torrent with ~2,000 seeders, typically it sits around 20 kb/s

Ah well.
