Surely you like or at least respect their first 3 albums though.

It's different because you can't reproduce ASOT tracks because they're so intrincate, you can't because most of them rely on specific vocal hooks, all commercial music relys on vocals, and IM until the last albums when they teamed with the Korn singer were exceptionally good in their productions and didn't include real vocals (just some distorted loops), mixing, arranging and although this seems to be arguably originality.

But this got trolled, the point wasn't if IM rocks or sucks, the point is. Why you think Neelix is more talented than Infected Mushroom. Please give some objective arguments that make this difference so clear.

felt that one was missing from Rebel9's list.

There are tons of cheap tracks on ASOT with no vocals but superloads of supersaws. OMG must be so difficult to reproduce!!1

And you obviously haven't been listening to IM's older albums. They sang on Converting Vegetarians.

i've the full discography, that happens on cd 2 which is an experimental cd while the cd 1 is what the kind of psytrance they used to produce. In addition first albums are my favourite. The Gathering, Classical Mushroom , Converting Vegetarians cd 1 (The first albums excluding bp empire) and some tracks in Vicious Delicious.

Highly doubt that, he hasn't sold out. Just because he produces progressive psy doesn't mean he is cheesey.

I've listened to a few compilations over the years but really don't know the psy trance scene. Can you guys recommend any decent labels?

I'm looking for the sort of pulsing driving side of psy and the darker dirty side aswell. As much as I love spending hours checking out new releases online I would appreciate a starting point. Any suggestions?

One question ... did you ever use the IO forum if so what was your Alias ??
