vip for EDC was worth the price. that extra space just makes it much better. plus open bar all around and the slightly cleaner portapotties(with light).

if you had a GA ticket and you left the coliseum floor after like 6 PM even just to use the bathroom, you couldn't come back. if you had a VIP ticket you could have come back in. It's worth it for that alone, IMO

Its not 3 days. Its just like that on the map because it TECHNICALLY ends on sunday. Thats how they marked it. They already have the dates set on the official site. Its only firday and saturday.

VIP is def worth the price. You get unlimited drinks, access to the field whenever you want. Bathrooms in there are WAY nicer and cleaner then everywhere else. Aside from the field (which still has a sick view from uptop), every other VIP section has a very good location. It pays for itself in the amount of alcohol/drinks you get considering each drink is almost 10 bucks. Also the crowd in VIP is fun to party with.

I did VIP to EDC in 2008 and I got fucking wasted in like an hour. I also brought drinks over to the fence where my friends were waiting and got them plastered as well (they drank with straws through the holes in the fence). You cant do that anymore, though. They wised up and covered it with that vinyl shit.

I got really drunk. Totally worth it. I blacked out and when I woke up the next day my glasses were completely destroyed - to this day I have no idea how. They were completely mangled up like some animal ate it and spit it back up.

I don't think I would do it again, though. Hopefully EDC this year isnt as crowded...

not good news today... now this gets political and no one wants to be seen as if they support this event its going to be hard to get permission to hold it. at the same time, these events make so much $ for the Coliseum they have to figure out if they can afford not to have it...
