$100 - $200 a week on pot? Jesus. You should quit indefinitely, IMO.

i was awesome at doing school work while stoned, in fact it was the only way i got motivated. I never spent that much a week though, usually i can score an .oz of premium chronic for 400 and that will last about a month if rationed properly. Youre probably smoking just for the hell of it and wasting it, trying to get higher...soon it will lose its appeal and youll be broke and a failure at academics. Also bongs are dirty and a hassle, for that price a nice pipe and bud wouldve been better

Your problem is your attitude. You think that if you can't smoke you have to drink - it's simply not true, so don't tell yourself that. Whatever happens, you chose it. The old 'oh, other people do it just fine so I should be able to' excuse is incredibly sophomoric and is probably setting you up for a bad place somewhere down the line.

I think he should keep smoking. What if he stops and his grades still don't improve? Better to enjoy yourself while you fail out and blame it on the pot than it is to realize you weren't as smart as you thought you were in high school.

Well, what IS the wrong decision? What are your priorities? If you can't outline clearly/absolutely what they are - you might as well just bring the bong to school. Not even kidding.
