And, well, I do have to cross the world every time I visit Japan (it's my 2nd trip here). Last time I visited London for a few days, this time I had to change planes in Paris.

This being said, I've met just one TA so far (Glass, a former Milwaukee TA who moved to Washington DC).

i thought south america had it's fair share of TAs?? i'm still a noobie on this site, i guess, and i've met quite a few members...i think that's the best part about TA - meeting kewl people

I myself know a lot of TAs. HEAPS of them. I am pretty great.

Thank you... but, yeah, the problem is that we live in areas with a scarce TA population, so it's not a surprise that we're loners in this sense

Not around here, no

I've only ever met 2 TAs from Toronto and one longtime TA who lives in DC now that I went to college with. I was supposed to meet a certain nameless Brazilian TA, but then he decided he was too cool for school (or rather for UMF 2011).

Swamper should set up a TA-con somewhere, so we can all meet DJRYAN in the flesh (in the flesh) and see that EddieZilker really is deep.

Or you could catch the train up here. You wouldn't get the smell of poor people off you for months.

I've met one or two TAs, but they are relatively obscure guys who don't post in the COR.
