I don't see how one cop shooting someone really proves anything. All over the world there are trigger happy cops abusing their power. Hell, I just saw this on local news:

Seeing this type of thing is a big slap in the face to those that believe the best in man. After watching this one would have to have lost their mind to think these people can settle their differences in a peaceable manner.

Not everyone considers completely desensitizing themselves to violence and gore a good thing. I grew up watching nothing but horror and splatter movies, but realistic violence makes me cringe.

With a wound like that he died instantly, which to me doesn't make it that gross. Blood and guts is not that disturbing unless its spilling from someone who is still alive.

I've seen more gore and gruesome videos/gifs/pics on the interwebz than I care to remember - it's always as devastating as the first time.

I cannot get desensitized to it.

actually this thread is lame. what was the OP trying to prove? yeah, so it's a video of a guy's skull cracked open... so? can you imagine how many mutilated bodies are left after any occurrence of violence anywhere in the world within just a day? if it only takes a gruesome video like this for people to start rattling about how miserable and unjust the world is, how disappointed in humanity they are, then theyprobably just don't get it.
the tragedy is not in the cracked skulls and smeared brains and guts. it's in the fact that these thing happen on an hourly basis all around the world and people do little to prevent this from happening and even contribute to it. people from wealthy countries are by no means an exception.
every time you support even the smallest military action anywhere in the globe, you get at least a dozen of guys with cracked skulls like this one...and they're all pretty much random innocent bypassers with a wife and a few kids.
as to police - they could be catching thieves or protecting you from offensive people one day and then cracking your skull in a riot the next day.. easily.
