Right mate, just grab a tune you love, and go through the entire catalog of the label it is on.

Also like I say hunt down some mixes from circa 2000 period, since you seem to like that Reese style bass line and drum that are not solid as fuck.

Good luck.

How about this?
Stakka, Skynet and Friction - Altitude

Apologize if it was posted, youtube is blocked at my work so I can't see links.

Yeah, I think I'll have to check the labels. That seems to be my best bet now that I've found something I like. Dunno about those mixes though. I've never listened to much mixes and got no clear idea where to look as I don't know any dnb DJs either. And isn't there usually some stupid MC ruining the whole set in dnb mixes?

edit: ooooh shiiet, i just remembered the b-side. anthem-like stuff, not really what you are looking for, but i used to love stuff like this in my neurofunk days.

First one was a bit boring and too minimalistic. Second one was fucking brilliant, even though it's not really the kind of stuff I'm asking for in this thread. But I will definitely try to find it to buy somewhere. Quick look around the interwebs shows me that there are two crappy new remixes available in most download shops, but the original doesn't seem to be available anywhere.

That wasn't really what I'm looking for, but thanks.

Yes. Sadly there is. No idea who the fuck thought MCs would be a good idea in ANY genre. They ruin so much stuff.

just going through new tunage & I found this

http://www.trackitdown.net/genre/dr...ck/2998595.html

maybe fits? It reminds me of the darker bit of the marky & spy remix of deadmau5.

I must be a really difficult person, but I didn't like that at all. I found it pretty annoying all in all.
