I'd like you to meet my apprentice, Kevin.

Her given name is Jori, but I like to call her Softy Bubbles. It just has a nice ring to it.

Such verisimilitude. You are indeed impressive.

That went way over my head.

It was just a name I came up with in middle school for multiplayer FPS games and what-not (always liked space stuff), and I spelled it with a "z" to be extreme like Surge and Doritos. I was going to use my initials as my TA forum name, but that was taken, so Quazar it is!

Posted by ziptnf on Apr-11-2011 05:08:

Played a game when I was a kid where there was a character called Ziparumpazoo. I made 'zip' my nickname on the swim team. TNF stands for Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha. Except not really.

Posted by yukii on Apr-11-2011 05:15:

most of my friends called me yuki (for snow- long story) the name was already taken on TA so i took yukii

If this makes you feel any better, Yukii does sound like an actual surname (meaning Snow Well).

When I was a baby, my mother went on a camping expedition to the outback. I got stolen from the tent by a dingo, and from that day on I was raised by the pack. When I was 21, a scientist studying the social lives of dingos discovered me, chasing prey in the desert and fighting the other young pups to be alpha male. Needless to say, he domesticated me and here I am.

You still shit on the floor though. "Domesticated" obviously doesn't mean "house trained".

Honestly, I have absolutely no idea how I got mine.

Many years ago when I played Mortal Kombat there was a (hidden) charakter called Meat, who was just a skeleton. I found that quite witty at the time. Anyway, when I started to play Quake with some friends a bit later I had to chose a name and a model, so, in a moment of inspiration, I chose the skeleton and called myself Meat. The name remained for subsequent games, and later for teh interwebz.
I know, most interesting story ever.

I thought of mine while accidentally sneezing tequila through my nose.

Eh, there's no hurry. Most normal people already consider you to be some kind of strange animal, just for WIPING YOUR ARSE WHILST STANDING, AND FACING THE TOILET.

Oops, caps lock there, terribly sorry. Where are my manners?

Like many others, it was my first handle when I signed up to a forum, back when I was 14. Quite obviously ripped off from a certain Ferry Corsten alias. I'm still slightly surprised I don't get more shit for that.

It would have been a better story if you said it was a nickname given to you in high school in regards to your oversized genitalia...
