meh, op you are still waaay in your prime- don't fret and sweat it.

your 30s are great- you are young enough to do the things you did in your 20s easily and wise enough to not fall in the traps.

the "OMG i'm getting old!" thing didn't hit me until i turned 40.
a couple years later and i'm still young at heart and havin' fun

Your life is over, OP! VAR's just in denial.

Shit. I have to pee, again.

Skipping breakfast is one of the easiest ways to gain weight. It causes your body to think it's being starved and slow your metabolism, holding onto your weight for longer.

I def feel the OP's post, I'm 28 myself and I've been feeling super old as of late. Done a lot of partying in my 20's, some nights I did it hard like there was no tomorrow. Nowadays a lot of memories tend to blur together, and I have to seriously think for a while just to remember what event happened at one time. Camp-outs, renegades, warehouse parties, keggers, festivals, and club nights, I tried to experience it all. And now I've taken a step back and wonder, what the Hell was the point of it all? It was supposed to be about the music right?

Lot of partyers, who I thought were good friends, turned out just to be people you get fucked up with. And a few of the real friends have already gotten married or have kids. Nowadays I'm forcing myself to slow down and reevaluate things a little more carefully. I also watch at how much food I eat in a day and try to do a few outdoor activities to stay in shape. And I'm starting to readjust to a life with fewer parties and fewer substances involved.

i personally don't like to tthink about getting old, cause it's just too depressing. instead i just focus on short term stuff.

I didn't start getting gray hair until i was 34....now they are growing like weeds....fuck I hate gray hair

The worst part about getting old is hair grown in new places.

Yes they do.

OT: This thread has made me feel so god damn young. I thank thee, old farts of the CORe, for brightening my day.

lol hair transplant. way to deal with the truth man.

not that I plan on having one, but I don't see anything wrong with it. it's kind of like saying "way to deal with the truth man" when you start excercising to get rid of the extra bodyweight the change in your metabolism have given you rounding 30. I know having surgery and getting excercise are two different things, but it's the same idea.

it's like having a hairtransplant when you have full hair.

age just means my back hurts more after dancing all night, but also that I was able to get home in one piece- balanced trade. Also, means Im there for one thing - for the music, dont interrupt me- time is limited.
