Hello! The Master

Ok ok, I accept it, the are not really that good, they have at least a little bit of trance but theyre not good enough.

Now maybe you thought that Im an Alice Deejay fan or something but the truth is that I just like the three damn songs.
In other hand I love trance, PVD, Oakie, Yahel, System f Oh yeah and if the holes of the compact discs were bigger, I would have made love with Magik 6.

Peace, thats what we need, damn peace.

peace bro!

Sorry buddy, this really sux anyway.
No trance elements in this one either!!

PREACH IT BROTHER!!!

the main reason alice deejay sucks so hard is exactly that, CHEAPNESS. There's not enough fucken layers of sound. Take Hybrid for example, they fucken own and sound awesome because they've have more that just Beat+Bassline+Melody+Swirly sound!.. they have 7, 8, 9 layers of sounds at times and it sounds bloody professional!!.. listen to Alice Deejay or Vengaboys and you have 4/5 layers sound max!

Just my two cents

Having just a few posts dosen't mean you can't much about trance. And I believe you, you are a regular trance guy. I have to admit that I like the most of Scooter's instrumental tracks (Even tho' they not are trance artists). Everybody has his own opinion.

Peace.

Smoking ..umm..something ?????

Dude,let's get serious here.
What kind of answer were you ever looking for?
Yeah of course these songs have elements of trance in them, but they also have elements of classical, r'n'b, disco, and rock'n'roll. These songs will or can never be the trance we're talkin about here. As PointyDC just replied, they're cheap! And it goes far beyond cheap production.

These tracks are pathetically cheap on emotion and love. There's no passion in these songs. Yeah sure, they sound fun and make you tap your feet, but like remaining hoarde of pop these tracks are thrown together just to get a dancefloor hit and make some bucks. These people don't take pride in what they do, they just do it. Real trance, and any real music for that matter, has heart, emotion, love, passion, and a ton of sweat poured into the creative process. Those tracks that you hear at 3am, the ones that just blow your mind and lift you off the fuckin floor in a paralyzing emotional warp....those are real music and real trance. (Ouch, i'm getting worked up here, i gotta hear some good music)

With similiar logic in different tongue, you could claim that Puff Daddy is a hip hop artist.

Anyhoo...let us leave this squirrely discussion....music is magic, and yeah i'll still tap my foot to Alice DJ...So
no offense intended dude, but i just get into this debate too often and it drives me crazy,

Smoking ..umm..something final quote

Totally agree with ending this point, good debate, however, I just gotta, gotta, finish with a little quote:

Pop isn't a drug! I used to suck dick for trance. Now that's an addiction. You ever suck some dick for pop?

Congrats if you know the origin of the quote, great movie.
"Now, don't get me wrong, I love weed. I love it. But not as much as I love pussy."
