riight.

you'll be looking at ~1100$ for something reasonable.. quite sick no?, you can always get a LARGE 1bdrm like I did and share it with someone, just get some 'office walls' and section off the living room..

To update all your curious minds. I did manage to find temporary dwelling until January. Its actually a sweet deal because its a sublet and it will give us time to actually get a nice apartment and sign the lease for it.
Its on Bathurst and St. Clair. What are your thoughts on this area people?? I think it looks pretty good and there is a lot of cool stuff around. I think I can manage living their for four months.

Hmmm...can't really comment on the area but I'm glad yea found something!
Does this mean we'll see you at Summer's End?

Meh if you find permanent housing, don't choose scarborough aka Scarlem. Choose mississauga instead. My gf who lives in Scarlem had her house broken into and her car stolen off her driveway. In mississauga, we used to leave the front door unlocked all day! LOL!

Plus, the commute will be faster if you live on the east end of Mississauga.

Hehe, I'm just posting this for my own amusement, I know that some areas of Scarborough are probably really safe. Don't flame me.

great spot. it still has a big ass Loblaws at the northeast corner, right? so food and your daily needs shouldn't be a problem. take the subway all the way down to Queens Park, and your school is just 5 minutes away. i don't live there but i suppose it's a pretty safe neighbourhood, since it's right next to Forest Hill, THE highest class neighbourhood in toronto. as an icing on the cake, you get Casa Loma too, hehe.
