but i heard pvd bailed and never made it and locals just held it down

pvd probly found out pacha is the same club as sound factory...i remember him saying in an interview that he did not like playing that room, again who knows tho

Yeah in the end he just wasn't able to make it so Zack, Jason and I ended up splitting the main slots (with a special guest appearance by Frank Chiarello as the surprise guest at the end! ). It would have been great if he was able to but I know he had a long day (that I heard was absolutely rocking), and we had a lot of fun regardless. Thanks to everyone who came out and I hope you had a good time as well!

Gotta say, I wasn't too sad when PVD didn't show up :-) I've always wanted to play that room, and getting the chance to was just amazing. Thanks again to you and Zack for putting me on, and thanks to everyone who stayed to the end

Yeah, in the end there was no guest superstar dj on Friday night. Everyone seemed to think (including myself) that PVD was headlining. No idea what happened in the end, but it was just us locals all night.

I had a blast though! I rarely get to truly bang it out during my sets, as I am usually on early-night duties. Needless to say, I felt like a pig in sh*t on Friday...being able to just play whatever. Brad and Jason threw down stellar sets I thought. And in all honesty, the highlight of the night was getting to hear Frank close things out on the main floor with just some nasty, high-BPM, dark-ass techno.

Got to hear Dany and Ryan upstairs for a bit as well, and was just loving it. Only downside...I was in absolute horrible shape for a family party the next day. Screw it though...it was only my wife's family, and it was worth it.

no PVD on Friday. But it was a really fun night anyway. The locals really stepped it up I thought considering there was no official headliner. Got a bunch of videos uploading now....
