Most of the time I go out, I don't recognise a single track being played.

It's a bit of a ridiculous idea that you can't be shown any new music or taken on a journey to new places in a club, that a club entirely exists to replay tracks you all know so everyone can sing along in beer-y circles.

Originally posted by Mr.Mystery At which point did I talk about dance music? Good for you, I guess I was talking about the people who want to hear this kind of music. DJ's like this would not exist if it wasn't for them. But it was jolly good of you to jump on the subject like the knight in shining armor that you are.

someone is gonna get owned tonight!

If someone told me all he's doing is fake and when I look at 3:08 at the mixer I actually would believe that.

Most of the tunes I'm digging at home aren't what I'd expect to hear in a club anyway. And I go to quite a wide variety of nights, so I just don't keep track with most of the tunes being released in each scene.

"they do not know it, but they are doing it"
what are they doing? listening to shit music and shittier djs.
He's pretty good, the music isn't my thing but you can't shit on him for being a poor DJ.
I stopped watching JS long ago but I hear Pauly D's actually a really nice guy, respectful and not conceited.
Apparently, this is his rider, lol.

Fuck.
So who actually is this guy?
Can someone explain to me why I can't hear the anything changing while he moves the crossfader a couple of times @48 seconds?
Now I even doubt the laptop is connected to the mixer. A stupid CD player running his pre-mix seems most likely.
this is why we gota chase em out, them the shm, etc. They gota fucking go. What a joke.
oh ya afro jack can fuck off too, awful
That's actually not as bad as I thought it was gonna be...
I lol'd at two things, 1. no one is dancing, 2. http://residentadvisor.net/dj/paulyd

Originally posted by OrangestO I never said that it wasn't what people do on a steady basis. Just because people do it doesn't mean it's good. Shit sucks, period. It's one big fucking commercial of people who are usually shallow and out of touch with their own reality.
