uhuh, because you surely know the size of the country and amount of flights that are completed successfully daily on russian planes in russia and outside of russia to rule out every single plane that was produced. A lot could be blamed on other circumstances like weather, visibility and other errors. It could be any flight at any time.

it could, but that still doesn't explain the fact that Russia has an air safety record 13 times worse than the average for developed countries.

I'm sure it is just a coincidence, an even bigger coincidence would be Dmitry Medvedev making a big issue about bringing russia up to par with the world in regards to air safety just a few short months ago amidst pressure cause by reports from international aviation agencies.

That could happen to anyone at anytime droog.

These are all coincidence...like Russian cars with square wheels.

I know you're making a good point and word "safety" is a laughing joke back in Russia (like in the summer 2 big boat sinkings with hundreds of people died because of countless safety violations) but you shouldn't be doing it while insulting people here. Let's have a civilized discussion, shall we?

This is a tough tragedy for many of us, people of 10 nations on that flight (my dad is friends with the family of one of the junior Russian players who died), and not a good time for insults.

this whole Internet thing is new to you eh?

I think this is a very tragic incident... I was just having a
bit of fun because the only people defending Russian aviation in this thread are from soviet countries and blind nationalism is so 1956.

Stop defending russian planes. They are crap I m sorry. I love russian people and Ukranians even more. I love Dill on pretty much everything, Perogies are awesome, you have some of the hottest chicks on earth, amognst many other things the former cccp is good at. Flying and maintaining planes isn't 1 of the things you are good at. It sucks that your planes are crap. I wouldn't want any of my comrades to ignore how crappy their planes are and end up on the news further proving my point.

I think you should stick with trance reviews for now, as someone stated earlier
"you" and "your" - who dat? These are not my planes and I ain't manufacturing planes either!

there are 130 privatized aviation companies in russia, 85% of all flights are completed by 10 major ones, the remaining 15% are small sized companies that own 2-3 planes max. They mostly do vip or local flights. All recent crashes including the last one were by these small companies, not the major 10. It is obvious the smaller companies are either not maintaining the planes properly or don't have appropriate people working on board of those planes because someone made an error. According to officials those 15% will most likely get shutdown in the next year.

English lessons nice

Yeah Trance...

Long story short, small companies or not, Russia allowed this to happen so it doesn't really make a difference. Its to bad it took and entire Hockey team to make a change.

Just to go back on your earlier comment... Russia for sure has more plane fatalities then any other "developed" country over the past 10 years. The fact that you wanted me to compare it to a cumulative world crash number says something. So ya in that case you are right, Russia has less air related fatalities then the entire world combined over the past 10 years GJ! voila un biscuit! LA!

How could you hate on me after I praised the women, dill, and perogies. 3 compliments to 1 insult
