same. the girls are looking gorgeous (no surprise there) and the choreography has considerably more spark than recent efforts, but the song itself is exceptionally mediocre. which is a shame, really

if they want to crack the united states they're going to have to do a lot better than this

Probably not singing in Korean would help them crack that market. I don't see why they'd want to market to the US anyways. K-pop is big in Korea and it has a fairly substantial following in Japan and China... I just don't see American markets picking up on it, or it being worth the effort.

They're also already fairly successful in Japan, singing in Japanese.

they've also released an english (engrish, really) version of this song and video, but interscope has the distribution rights for the song in the united states so it's not up here yet

Oh god I'd never seen the video to that. Wow that was awful. So much better when I didn't see all the 90s involved in it.

Dear God, you're infatuated, aren't you?

Naw. Just in a weird mood tonight.

It's kind of funny (but not in a "laugh at you" sort of way), really. Like MDMA has taken a somber turn towards a realization of the intricate beauty which draws us to the fairer sex. Only perhaps without the MDMA. I don't really know how to explain it other than to say that your wavelength is resonating.

Posted by Vector A on Oct-20-2011 01:58:

Ah, MDMA, my first chemical lover. It's been so long.

September or October, 2003. My girlfriend hasn't even tried it, yet.

Ha, I did it then, too. Was at some club and held this girl's hand as I babbled inanely. Good times.

Haven't touched a drop. Might as well be, though, my mood is so strange tonight.
