yeah that was what kept me from doing it for a long time, at least I used it as an excuse. my gf just started as an instructor so now I get the membership for free. fffffu

I've been on a running kick again. being TDY and not to "work" so to speak, has given me plenty of time to go run. Been doing anywhere between 1.5 and 2.5 miles a day (that's like 2-4km).

Unfortunately, I have really bad form when I run....so I'm already getting shin splints and other pain in my bones. Just gotta keep running on my toes. hard to do for extended periods of time.

Also, running on the road sucks. need to get to the track....but I hate running circles!

Simple changes in diet need to come soon. I've already made the change from Dairy 2% Milk to Coconut Milk....and I have kind of laid off the junk food....but need more fruits and vegetables and less processed food. only bad thing about being TDY is I can't cook my own food. so it's TV dinners and sandwhiches for meals.

or go to a restaraunt, and that shit is even worse. so yeah.

"Oh, noes, I date a fit gym instructor and I now have to spend more time with her thanks to some free perks!"

By the way, maybe you and Sys just need to find a gym you like. It took me ages to find one, but I really love this place I found: it's full of nerds, geeks, and freaks, and it's a family owned business, so it's a really cosy place to spend some time

I hate lifting weights at a gym. Mostly because I'm just a smaller dude to begin with, but second I hate waiting for shit. Having my own dumbbells at home? win.

Waiting? I go to the gym around 8PM~10PM exactly for this reason

I don't think I'll be working out with her any time soon. If anything we get less time together. But I'm not complaining about that. Just about the hassle of actually working out

yeah true story. I hate working out though and then going to bed shortly thereafter.

Depending on my mood, too, I'll try to do something in the morning. rather than the evening.

There certainly aren't enough pictures of Redd's Norwegian gym girlfriend in this thread.

That's probably not going to happen. I can brag about having one, but I won't go there

Enjoy your obesity, hair loss, tooth decay and cancer, dumbass.

Why brag? A guy with your looks can have anyone he desires.

All that from exchanging a pint of normal Coke a day, to Coke Zero? Nice deduction, dumbass.

I can see how it can come off as bragging was what I meant.

That's pretty retarded to say.

I hold 3 shake weights at once, twice a week. It keeps me glistening.

Any smokers??

I'm a smoker and I work out. Mostly weights though. Cardio is my enemy right now but I can do a little.

Recently just converted to the e/cigarette and hoping that helps. Obviously I just need to quit but thats a tough one for me.

Has anyone had any luck with the e/cigarette and maintaining a consistent cardio workout???

just start doing light cardio and you'll feel less inclined to smoke.

I started eating healthier a couple weeks ago and have been doing a bit of hiking with my bugout bag. Dropped 11 lbs so far and am going to start up P90X today after school, if I have the motivation and not too tired lol.

I smoke, a lot. lol I used the e cig a while back and eventually quit all together. Running was a walk in the park! I couldn't believe how much easier it was to breathe. Of course I started up again cause I enjoy it too much. I had a though today at work and was like I'm going to quit smoking. I immediately said naaaaaaa fuck that lol.

I can already tell P90X2 has some cool workouts but has a lot of moves dedicated to balance. My balance is fucking horrible and I see the benefits of it (especially in core exercises) but I'm thinking of working an Insanity workout into my schedules on Fridays. I think that will balance out the lack of cardio in the program.

I tried a couple workouts from X2 and don't fancy it. I'm not going to do it, at least not yet. I actually think I'm just gonna do straight Insanity for a month to get my cardio up because I been doing a lot of hiking up hills and it's killing me lol but it's fun!
