The most hilarious thing about this is that they claim that they did not know about the partying week that is WMC. I find it hard to believe that the Condo Christmas that is that month and week is not known by property owners. It's probably one of the few times during the year that either all or nearly all condos are booked. Any word on your deposit?

he said he did a charge back on my card for 75, which u had to put down to even reserve anything, and that he sent a check out for the remaining....so we shall see

luckily i found a condo......well for 4 of the days, but sunday and monday a hotel will do.....and this late in the game, its not too bad distance wise i guess

the bastard ended up keeping 75 bucks.......guess its better than not getting a refund

I think you should still pay him a visit. Something tells me you might get your money back.

he sure doesnt know what i look like or who i am, so i probably could get away with it! i have a feeling, im not the only one who would be looking for him
