It's a great synth, but it won't make a blind bit of difference if you have no talent despite the product placement level of adoration in all the how to videos.
And anyway, it should be called a Pi, not a Ti
i can't really think of any synth that has all the features packed into one unit that also can be used as a plugin. It really stands alone in that regard,

well i prefer that. I find synths take up real estate, But given all the synths, the virus is probably the one that you should get first if you want to use hardware and fancy that.
The price of a virus B hasn't changed in about 8 years.
ive been on the look out
one went for 600 the other day (mint) was gutted to miss it.
ive got to say i do like the virus. it wasnt as good imo when i was trying to make dark dnb - but for trance its seems its fantastic
the problem i have is if i make a sound in a soft synth like sylenth, then make the same sound in the virus it just sounds better!
with a snow you run out of voices quick though

I can't say I ever thought the Virus sounded better, just different. Saying that it can do more than Sylenth, but not necessarily more than any other relatively complex VST plugin. |

okay so I've been looking at cheap midi keyboards and have been considering the cme m-key v2, you can get one for around $100. It's basically exactly what I'm looking for. Sadly the reviews have been mostly bad, and in these demo videos you can hear how loud the keys are, :/ talk about distracting

Haha, I last posted in this thread 2 years ago. My UF60 is still going strong, 7 years now and no problems...
