LA historic park can hold way more then 20K. I'd say at least 40k and most likely more. If you look at it on Google maps, you can see a football field next door to judge the size, it's pretty big.

Either way, I'd rather just pay the inflated price in 6 months then $120 now if I even decide to go. The only way in hell I'd go is if there is nothing else to do that weekend.

March 9th LA sold out. They added a second show March 8th. This is insane.

Smoking ..umm..something

Grabbed 4 at the $96 or whatever it was price, and the girlfriend grabbed 2 as well. Did take 30 minutes with a couple different trys on my phone to get them though. Even with the Fri. show added, it's LA and 18+, which means my Ultra trip will be hopefully paid for with this

they seriously sold like 200K or more tickets today including all venues in the US.... at what $80-100 each? that's like $20 million gross in 1 day!

Posted by Nerologic on Sep-29-2012 01:39:

I will be going to a few of their shows here in LA, NYC and of course the one in Miami Ultra week. Kinda fortunate enough to have ties to them...

You're just wishing you can enjoy all the good commercial electro house music that they play. It's a good party, a pricy one, but good.

playing four dates in SF @ Bill Graham (main room holds 8k-9k peeps), 3 nights apparently told out within 90 minutes or something. The night that's still not sold out is a wed night. Sure it'll sell out by then.

What's going on with this scene that they can sell that many tickets. GIve them and their PR peep credit, doesn't mean they have been any good in recent memory.

All the kids heard one of their catchy tracks in a commercial on one of their favorite reality television shows, now they must purchase tickets with all their friends.

As you know by now, Swedish House Mafias One Last Tour tickets went on sale and sold out in record time this morning. Want to know how long it took them to sell out all those shows?

Starting on the East coast, the Swedes were able to sell out their first two New York shows at MSG and the Barclays Center in under eight minutes. A second show was added and has already sold out, while there are tickets still available for the third show on March 4th.

SHMs first show in Chicago at the United Center sold out in an astounding five minutes. Were told they sold 14,000 tickets, which would mean 2,800 tickets per minute, or about 46 per minute.

In San Francisco, the first show at Bill Graham Civic Center sold out in just one minute, forcing the group to add another three nights two of which sold out in the first hour.

Finally, Masquerade Motel LA sold a whopping 35,000 tickets in the first 30 minutes, with a second and final LA show added on Friday March 8th. Tickets for the second show will go on sale Friday October 5th at 10AM Pacific.

What Swedish House Mafia was able to accomplish with this One Last Tour is nothing short of astounding. Lets all hope they blow our minds with incredible sets, amazing energy, and a top-notch production that makes it well-worth the price of admission.

Something tells us were in for a treat.

the LA show will be a Masquerade Motel show which will be longer and have more production than all the other stops.

I went to the MM in Miami in 2011.... definitely had a blast. Hot girls everywhere and everyone had a smile on their face. Musically, of the 4 sets i heard (Calvin Harris, Pete Tong, Dirty South and SHM), the Swedes i liked the least and we actually left mid-way through.

i'm most likely going to this and am sure i'll have a blast... just probably won't be due to set the SHM will play lol.

Has anyone received their hardcopys from TM yet? The email I got said sometime this week. Between this and Ultra, my March partying should be paid for.
