So for the people who usually buy extra tix to sell (aka fund their entire WMC trip), what are your thoughts? I'm debating on trying for early birds on Wednesday.

I don't think you'll want to go two weekends. 1 night is more than enough. At least for me it is. It's a fucken chaos! I rather go to individual parties, but that's just me.

I thought Ultra sucked BIG time last year. The only stage worth mentioning was the worst bottleneck in stage history. That and the bass overpowered from the other stage 100 yards away and every time there was a break or something, you would hear the thumps and wobbles.

Add the stage bottleneck of taking 15 minutes to just get out of the 10 foot path, then 20 minutes to piss, 20 minutes to get a drink, then 10 minutes to get back into the crowd, then oh wait, I need another drink since it took so fucking long to get back to my spot.

Lines were unacceptably long, venue was to small, stages were poorly designed, and the people were pretty annoying. I can deal with Kandi kids and the neon wave, but Ultra was like a giant douche fest of fist pumping might.

WMC events were awesome though.

Wait, so tmrw is when sales go out to the public? And early bird was yesterday? (2 days earlier) I'm confused. I thought general sale was next year.

PS: I highly doubt Daft Punk would agree to do a show that repeats itself for a second weekend.

the big announcement yesterday was that it will be 2 days.

early bird tix go on sale tomorrow.

i'm definitely not going 2 weekends in a row.. but w/ pple saying line ups arent released until early next year.. im not sure what weekend to choose yet...hence my question about the tickets anybody?

If it's like Coachella, same lineup both weekends.

oops. my bad... as Karen noted they went on sale today. the $149 tix sold out but the $229 i guess are available.

Was able to score a pair of the $149 tickets for the gf and myself.

Damn those prices are just outrageous! and 2 weekends...whats the damn point....i remember not to long ago when these festivals were 9-10 hours. And dont ya think if its two weekends, and NOT the same lineup, thats some big time money to spend with all those DJ's...or is it longer set times and less perfomances per day?

Going one night to Ultra is enough, I usually just go on the Saturday because I will know someone playing. Going 2 weekends is just crap.

Like someone mentioned the BEST parties are outside Ultra. Why the fuck do I want to see a headliner play 45 minutes when I can see him play at his own party for hours or on a yacht cruise. It just doesn't make sense...

i'm glad i got a few years of massives in before this.

Cause yacht's aren't cool yo! Anything over 45 minutes is boring.
