Cool

water = water
soft drinks = still non-alcoholic drinks
pop = fizzy non-alcholic drinks
soda = a type of pop, eg. cream soda (also soda water)
cola/coke = another type of pop, eg. coca-cola/pepsi

Soda, but in Holland I would call it Frisdrank

I use pop for the lot!

Pop (as it is called in the Chicagoland area)

Here's why:

When newscasters are on national television, they are trained to use a Chicago Style midwest accent. They do not use a New York accent, Southern accent, Western accent, they use a Chicago accent.
Thus grammer and linguistics from the Chicago area are naturally superior.

this is retarded-soda or pop is what the drink is called. Coke is a brand. You should pepsi up there too while you're at it

pop for sure

Only hicks say Pop and Soda's two syllables makes it way too long to pronounce.

Out in Cali we say Coke, cuz we're cool and always in a hurry.
