I have an uncle who claims to have visited the 5th dimension through extensive meditation. It was such an overwhelming experience it took him weeks to recuperate, and noted that most people simply aren't ready for it. It seems we cannot predict the outcome unfortunately.

If you can make it past the awkward narrative cuts with Joe Rogan, this movie's kind of interesting. Watched it with some herbal enhancements one night and wound up tripping on the visuals and sound-track. I'll stop short of giving it a must-see recommendation because, on several levels, it's not very well put together, as far as documentaries go.
