What i'm curious about is what else could you load into it other than the supplied chorales?

I mean are they just something he pulled off the web somewhere and are there others, or has he pieced them together himself in a proprietry format restricting you to what he may or may not release in future?

Using the Bach chords default preset banks will just make you sound like Bach.

which isn't such a bad thing in terms of learning. I guess it really depends on how you use it. Our entire system of tonal theory is based off bach's music. Pretty much the key figure that started it all. But the problem is that without some sort of conceptualization as to what you hear and how to represent it so that it makes sense not just in an auditory way, it makes it rather hard to replicate.

Bach's chorals are a great source for learning. Perhaps not as they are presented here but anyways.

The only thing i find lacking is the inability to import midi groves. If i was to forget the other part I can't stand, this would be the ultimate failing. People need to start opening their shit up and allowing people to edit things in ways that are becomming more and more common.
