Yes, never mind classic albums or cult movies, people of true wit and charm exclusively reference usingenglish.com.

Nothing by Orbital is considered "classic" outside of the trancecracker community. Do you know what a "cult" movie is? It means the majority of people have either never seen it or don't like it. I haven't the slightest idea what movie you're even talking about, but the phrase is wrong regardless.

Orbital: only known in the trance scene. I sense another "Simon Patterson is better known than Diplo" display of cultural knowledge coming on here.

As ever, the easiest way to make an absolute fool out of SRUSSELL is to stand back and let him do it himself.

You sense a lot of things that will never happen.

Lol I read this like it was the orbital track. I still have this album.

I'm just waiting until you claim the Earth is flat. Won't be long now.

Posted by srussell0018 on Apr-26-2013 18:25:

Right, so nobody outside of the TA trancecracker community still living in the 90s would consider this a classic. My bad.

Posted by WittyHandle on Apr-26-2013 19:15:

As usual, it is.

How many people outside of hardcore electronic music fans do you know who have even heard of Orbital before? And yet their album is a "classic"? Just because something was well received in the UK, and over 10 years ago, it somehow is a "classic"?

Posted by Lews on Apr-26-2013 19:35:

Ooh, is Srussell going to make a fool of himself again? Fun.

I know several just in my group of friends. Not into electronic music, have definitely heard of Orbital.

Probably from hearing you groan their name while you wank in the bathroom.

Edit: Sorry I was confusing them with Burial.

Man, you...didn't ...just...go...there

Orbital is definitely a pioneering act. Up there with Massive Attack and Primal Scream

Maybe you got them mixed up or something, no hard feelings though, music is entirely subjective.

All right, enough is enough.

Thread closed - and, Russell, please refrain from pretending to be Nou in the future. It was funny during the clone wars, but it may come across as some sort of provocation now.
