Even an art thread becomes toxic here.

Those pictures of Whistler have made me crave getting back on the slopes. Pity it's the spring, I've always found winter environments to be beautiful.

Yeah it's funny since Cunt accuses me of being a "cancer" who derails threads and then she proceeds to derail mine.

Her blowup yesterday was pretty magical though. I almost came.

you can quote him all you want i still have his bitchmade basic life on ignore. the only pathetic thing in that thread was his tattoo

Posted by Lews on May-10-2013 17:18:

Except that the thread was de-railed in a good direction and was still somewhat on topic, as we were discussing beautiful things. The thread hadn't devolved into a shit-flinging fight.

It's funny when someone has you on ignore, clearly reads every post you make, and then points out at least 5 times per day that they have you on ignore. Apparently somebody doesn't understand the meaning of the word ignore.

That wasn't the topic at all. It wasn't a "talk about your vacation and how much you like snowboarding" thread, it was about art.

Posted by Halcyon+On+On on May-10-2013 17:22:

I adore the strokes in the sky on this one:

I think it might be the next piece I seek out. the only Goya we have is this one:

Posted by Lews on May-10-2013 17:25:

Yeah, it was about art, beautiful art, and then it transitioned to other beautiful things. It got a little on a tangent, yeah, but it was a clear and logical progression and still generally on topic. There's a clear difference between that and someone reigning down a shitstorm. The former is what happens in a conversation, while the latter is someone being a douche.

You could have just ignored the thread and let it keep running, or you could have posted more art, but, nope, you deleted it. Couldn't let people talk about nature in your motherfucking thread! No sir!

Posted by Halcyon+On+On on May-10-2013 17:26:

Also would love to get some Dore. ala:

But I think you have to go realllly big in order to capture all of the details in his engravings. Would be pretty expensive to frame.

I like the wandering eyes and fat asian wannabe ghetto-ness in this piece.

theres no fight here, fact is russell's a cancer to the cor yet a lot of people assimilate and lets his punk ass linger. based on the hearsay the kids got problems, whether mental/emotional or physical, the users here should not be subjected to it as an outlet for his lack of attention in life. almost all of my posts are about jokes and funny gifs, until this twaat starting hurling racial slurs and nothing was done about it. fuck his punk ass bitchmade basic mentality and the minute any of us mention anything about pizza or his parents or some phone number the mods/admins come in here with their shining armor and start closing threads and banning people.

im not mad, it's the truth about having this guy around..and i see you all let it happen and allow it to be socially acceptable in this section.

You're right, it was my thread, and I can delete it if it had run its course and was no longer on the intended topic in any way whatsoever.

Posted by srussell0018 on May-10-2013 17:29:

And EYK, cry me a river you fucking pussy. You brought it on yourself by being such a tool. All you have is completely untrue hearsay to try to talk shit about. I have pictures of your fat wanna be ghetto asian ass. That's all I've ever accused you of, and there's proof all over the internet. You're saying I have mental issues? Please. You got that bullshit from Jenny, who makes up lies seemingly as a second job.

Roberto Matta

Posted by Lews on May-10-2013 17:35:

No shit you can. The point is that it makes you look like a little bitch.

EYK, who gives a shit if he mental issues? Statistically speaking, a lot of people on this forum do.

Posted by Silky Johnson on May-10-2013 17:37:

Yes, let's close a perfectly civil thread because it wasn't going in the direction we wanted it to....despite the fact the majority of the contributors were all enjoying the conversation. And then let's, in usual cancer fashion, go and derail another perfectly good thread. Jesus christ when will it end??

Posted by Halcyon+On+On on May-10-2013 17:37:

Would love some William Blake to look at, but I don't want to make visitors uncomfortable.

i don't give a shit to be honest, i continue to post relevant on topic art work from both the deleted thread as well as new art in this new thread

and I agree a lot of people do but not everyone uses this as an outlet. i dont go around posting telling you to stop typing words you're not of that race, i don't go around posting shit directed at anyone with the exception of him and all i see him do is criticize EVERYONE ELSE and tries to manufacturer aliases so he has some sense of comradery

Ah, the byzantine schadenfreude is tickling.

Here's a collection of work from a show back in Nov/Dec last year

Futura presents DEEP SPACE NYC

Futura / Rammellzee / Phase 2 / Matta (via arrestedmotion)

When you die.

It's funny how for a select few people on these boards 3-4 people constitute EVERYONE. The egos on this site I tell ya.

It isn't art...but my sister got married at The Waterfall building in Vancouver, which is a space frequently used for art exhibitions. Google it!

The day she got married it was a little rainy, in true Vancouver winter weather fashion, but it made for a stunning effect on the glass of the building.
