I havent learned my lesson ste, and ill do it again at the drop of a hat! mwahahahahaha! I did get myself into a stupid state though, the last couple of hoursI got very stressed and found it hard to move!

the legs still the same but with more bone growth so everythings going ok ish on that front!hows u??

I live in Liverpool at the mo thou i aint a scouser, originally from London and been up here a couple of months now.

i was thinking, that we need to hold a UKTA xmas / nye bash somewhere, and we're all sorta local to each other so something must be sorted aside of course the boxing day and NYE at gatecrasher.
