3, On day of test, get handwarmer (again, CVS, Rite Aid). Use rubberbands to wrap around bottle. Handwarmers keep the temp exactly at body temp.

4, Tape to inside of leg.

5, Profit.

It works, but any drug testing company (any of the big ones now) also test for diluters and that one *could* pop you as having used one.

It is best of the bunch though, just don't drink too much water with it.
