every time... it makes me laff when gurlz get their breasts done... i can understand it if they are like way too small for them to be comfortable (after all they are doing it for themselves) or way too big, but those gurlz that have got perfectly good size breasts who want them done for the sake of it... pfft.. waste of money heheh

Real titties look nicer anyway..

umm. yeah you sure can tell from a photo. you can pretty much tell even with clothes on. there are very few really good implant jobs where you cant really tell that they are fake. and even fewer ones that will feel real. firm? uh rock hard maybe? fake tits are UNnaturally perky and dont really look like natural breast. the shape is different. believe me ive been looking a tons of them cause my sister is considering getting it done. i wouldnt ever get em. but if its really gonna make someone happy then what the hell.

Nothin wrong with Implants if they make you happy.....Hell, I went out with a girl who had implants..... I didn't look at her as a toy....what about all the women with implants that you will never know about? Those are the good ones, and if you can't tell, then you would never ask now would you? Like you said, if it makes you feel better on the outside then you will feel better inside, and there's nothin wrong with that

You know what's funny too? I went to school at 12 o'clock and a girl in my class was not wearing a bra! I bet she read this thread! haha
I could see her nipples through her shirt and that's the thing I don't like with "braless" women

But it's her choice! Maybe she lost it on the way to school LOL, cuz when I'm cycling (?) to school I sometimes see socks and gloves and stuff on the street

But when I have a girlfriend I prefer the real deal. With implants they get a bit to firm, ok they look good. I had a g/f who had DD , lately I have heard she have got them smaller cause it hurt her back, they were to heavy.

I know a girl that really hated her breasts cause they looked ugly, she even slept with a bra and never showed her breasts to anyone, so she got surgery and put in some implants also and that made her feel much more self confident and I know girls who have enlarged their for the same reason, to feel better.

ummm. I personally wouldn't get them done unless it was for medical reasons ie. some women have to have masectomies due to cancer and they might want to have reconstructive surgery if it was possible.
