wild wild wild night, got there early a little before 10:15 and it was banging from the get go. hyperactive, then raiz, then drumcell, and audio injection finished it off. Nice meeting ayestar and sebg, thanks for the sticker man hahah.
Visuals by oktaform were sick, there was a sperm that went around in circle kind of like hawtin's visuals, then impregnated an egg or embryo, then started multiplying and then in the middle of this it said DROID around 11, then the artists names. pretty fun to watch while we were there so early.
Drumcell's set was "80%" unreleased according to some dude i met who was chatting it up with him. Drumcell and Audio Injection were fucking insane. I'm not that well versed in alot of the Droid tracks but its stellar to hear on a system like that.
Hyperactive played some stuff from CLR, not sure if it was Black Astroid or not. He finished off with DVS1- Break away at like midnight, unexpected but fucking awesome. He was a cool dude, real friendly, I said what up to him when he was just chillin on the dance floor right in the front corner after is set.
oh! the guy who told me drumcell's set 80% unreleased, was talking to drumcell about it. makes the claim somewhat more legit. always good seeing cars also!
kind of a dude fest at times, but it wasn't that bad, my assumption is that the chicks went real crazy on valentines day and were too blown out to come party last night.
My brain can't even fucking handle what happened last night. Techno onslaught. Drumcell's set was one of the best sets I've ever seen... I wanna see that dude do a solo night by himself.
Raiz was also really great. There were two tracks he played that I absolutely loved, maybe someone can help me ID them? One was an acid track with tons of filtered acid progression throughout the whole song, and the other was straight techno with a high filtered lead arp throughout the whole track. If anyone knows what I'm blathering about, fill me in!
All around amazing night. Great hanging with Andrew, Seb, Dave, Joe, Jacqui, and meeting some new people. I didn't get to see Cars though, what the fuck!

well I thought for sure that anyone who I knew was going Scuba or Droid that I didn't see would be there for CL and I'd say hi, but then I awoled.

Cars, were you even at Scuba?
I havent seen you at my last few outings and I know you were there...sometimes i take a quick look around to see if your behind me ripping up the dance floor
