Greatest moment this year for me has been the time Corsten dropped Carte Blanche, the whole club erupted in an ecstatic frenzy. The laser show complemented the moment by providing us with a wide array of colors and designs which were mindblowing. I was also really psyched when he dropped Digital Blonde - Electra.

Not sure what song was playing I wish I knew, but it was in Ibiza Amnesia of course Tiesto with PVD.

PVD was spinning, probably about 5:30 in the am and I could touch energy in the room with my fingers and felt nothing like that ever in my life. The fact that its created every week for the summer blew me away. Of course sharing this energy with Paco and Sooper made it that much more amazing.

Ferry was amazing as was armin, but no super crazy defining moments.

Prior to 2002

Tiesto in Oct.
Armin in Montreal in Nov.

It's October 5th, 4:25AM. Picotto is spinning some CRAAAAAAAAZY tune(which I don't know the title of). I look around and see everyone jumping in complete ecstasy. Suddenly I have this intense flow of energy in my legs, and I'm getting goosebumps all over my back. I can totally feel it. And then.. I start jumping like some crazy ******....

Incredible moment !

Lightbulb I Just Remembered!

I just remembered the best party of the summer! (Isn't it nice when the memory comes through in the end?)

It was July 12th& 13th at the Palais Royal (sp?). It was for the Legends of Ska show. All the surviving members of the Skatellites (they invented Ska) along with literally every surviving legend in Ska showed up and played two amazing shows! (This line up is like having the top ten DJ's from, say 1990, all play in one place, and just wandering on stage to play when they felt like it... 'course there was a set list)

That Friday (12th) was also the first time I ever went to a club, System. I honestly don't remember sleeping that weekend! And I did it all with the power of Guinnness and weed... What a weekend! I got to chill on the Saturday with some of the guys, who are all in their 60's and 70's, listening to their stories from back in the day. And my years of being an Arsenals fan payed off big that night too... but that's a different story.

Yah, that was the best party of the year... actually my life. Sorry, no trance in there. Hope you can all forgive me.

Cheers,
Fats

Hello!

....one of my two best moments at a party would be in montreal at Sona...
aquaviva was spining a few feet infront of me and i paused for a second and looked over and smiled at one of my best friends as he smiled at me...... it was a tiny moment that felt like the whole world had stopped just for us....i know every one smiles at eachother the whole night, but this smile felt like i had never seen one before...

another would be @ guv about 2 months ago surprising someone and partying with just us two, the real way, for the first time...
