Edit: Those pics were taken last weekend. Looking at remodel pics of the Terrace.

No still at home base going with a brother who's not into the scene so taking our time getting him there so i can catch the room with the sun up :P but good to know no worries with entry... They serve all night/day though correct?

It was $50 few weeks ago for Moudaber at 4:45 so maybe same little less

I suggest going at 4 if you can, instead of 5. Rates get jacked up at 4:45 or so (South Beach clubbers come over for afterhours = easy money grab).

If you get there by 4, cover most likely won't be more than 30. Then again, you'll just end up having a couple of beers or something in that hour so any money saved is more money spent at the bar.

Yup second most epic night for me back then...I was right in front of you on the left side of the box lol. The sound system they had going there tuned just for vinyl was unbelievable.

The full range speakers in the main room are the exact same ones they had back then. The problem is, there used to be 16, now there's 6. The others are all in the terrace, loft and I think some were left at spirits in Hollywood. I'm sure Donnie can chime in on that to where those 4 went

I'd figure it's small change just in time for WMC, right? Anyways, Space34 was the best, but I remember going to original Space for the all-ages parties and those were damn good memories! The underground feel to it is still incomparable.

saw the terrace on sat. mostly minor changes but it looks good. new awnings, new like 70/80" whatever size flat screen above the dj booth. i think a new led wall behind the dj, maybe that was there before though. lotta greenage. trees and shit in front of the vip areas. and what used to be the bamboo support beams is now also covered in greenage. what was interesting though is behind the greenage that shit actually lights up!

overall i like it. terrace is still the terrace but it feels a little cleaner now.

kryo pipes were dripping though. :/

It's not finished yet. You guys notice how much bigger it is? The raised the ceiling about 3ft. It's going for the garden feel. They still have to finish the bars. Pat didn't know you were out on Saturday

yea we stopped by in the morning. sometimes the best mornings at space are when you dont expect to end up there.

Just a curious question couldnt get a straight answer to..

How much does it cost cost to get in during the morning of a big DJ extended set, lets say Loco Dice was going till the usual 4pm or so...how much would it be to get in 10am or so?

it always varies. its mostly based on how busy space is. if its a big night and you're showing up at peak time, expect to pay a lot. if the terrace is clearing out and they want people to come in and keep the party going it can even be free. for dice they posted to show their post and its free. think that was about noonish.

paid $30 at 7ish on sat. for nicole moudaber last month it was 50 at the door at 5. and i think at 7/8 it was 30. for capriati/dubfire in nov it was 40 at 3am.

can't wait to see it.
