Every girl should wear what looks good on her. Some girls look sexier in one type of clothes, other girls in different types of clothes.
Although it is true that enough make-up and appropriate clothes can turn a ugly girl into a hottie, I prefer when a girl makes clothes look pretty, rather than clothes making a girl pretty.
hmmmm....have to say that my favourite is when they wear like baggy jeans (not MEGA baggy, just a little baggy) and a pretty tight anykind of top 
I like it when girls wear tight pants.. and I mean skin tight, especially in white. or denim.. and either a nice simple top, sweater, or a oversized sweater is also very nice.

but really, its not the clothes that make someone look sexy, but the actual person.
the whole "victorian" top look that's been in for awhile now looks really sexy, with ties, etc etc. long skirts with slits are nice and i absolutely love it when a chick has those shoes that resemble the old skool greek look, with the ties that tie up around their leg and stop at their calf. yum.

i got a thing for girls that can look good when they go out (stores that they might shop at include express, abercrombie, etc) and then i like girls that look good just sitting around doing homework in say a sweatshirt and some of those nice, soft booty gym shorts ahhhh those are the best hehehe.

i like vintage dresses from the 40's and 50's (if you've seen the video for sophie ellis-bextor's song "take me home" i'm talking about dresses like that) or maybe what the girls were wearing in swing kids.
i also love cheongsams... but chicks need a smoking hot body to pull this one off.

i also like tattoos and piercings, depending on where those tats and piercings are and also can't go overboard with those...

hmm... i don't really like most hoodies on girls... maybe cuz so many are wearing them...
i like platform shoes, the ones where there's no heel and the sole is 2-3 inches thick
sportswear looks sweet. sweatpants or something, like that soft material or whatever.

but seriously?....
simple tight jeans, with the 'accented' butt,
flatbottoms are ok, but not too high,
black pants are great too,
tank tops or simple t-shirts or tight sweaters,
long sheath-like skirts are nice,
white or any other flat colour button-up shirts are sexy too.
and one other point.... slutty looks cased by visible thongs are no good IMO, but the occasional "accidentally" visible bra is fine.
that's all just IMO.
