That's the exact flight we did last year. Was extremely convenient and customs was a breeze for those bringing goodies. Had the entire first day to enjoy as well.

Where's a good place online for looking at condos that would be ideal for this trip?

I booked from a Mexican company online. It had good reviews and I also give it good reviews. I need to look through my emails and then I can pass it to u. I was walking distance to mamitas and kool beach. Condo came with a huge water cooler and free wifi.

I want a jacuzzi in my fucking condo.

Really looking forward to this trip, though. FLTAs will be in the house!

I hear you on the jacuzzi thing. You can get something truly fucking sick for relatively little money over there. I could never afford a baller condo in Miami complete with hot tubs and the nine but in PDC, they run about 400 a night or so for a 3 or 4 br unit. Not bad at all...

We definitely have to get something nice. If you're gonna do it, do it right.

I'll tell you guys next week after I book my crew this weekend. What you're looking for is exactly where we stayed last year. Sick accommodations right on the beach, 5 minute walk to the nightlife and 10 minute walk to the day parties. Just gotta make sure I gets mines first... Stay tuned 😜

Condo is booked!! What a crazy 4 days messing with it wow!! Screw all those condo booking websites they charge up the ass. Found another way cheaper than what airbnb was asking. Here we come Playa!!

hey there! from LA and saw this thread so thought I'd say hi! this will be our 3rd time for BPM.

this past BPM my husband found a realtor who also does rentals. we had a nice place, just down the street from Kool and Mamitas and had a rooftop jacuzzi and bbq area. not badly priced but this year we're using the same guy but another property that is brand new. we're using it for Thanksgiving and BPM. we shared with our friends who are married and will share again so the cost for us for 2 weeks will be the price of Thanksgiving week.

great thing about going before BPM(we have 2 kids, teenagers)is we can do the stuff we wanted to do after BPM(ruins and other things) with our kids. I think after 5 days(the last 5 days) of having fun, trying to get there would be nearly impossible.

Looked for a few hours and honestly going through booking.com or tripsdvisor is as cheap as getting from owners if not cheaper and they also provide a well written and easy cancelation policy if I change my mind up to 2 days ahead. Some owners wanted to keep 50% or 1 night. Fuk all dat

This is what exactly what I was going through this week. Just booked a 2 bedroom on hotels.com after looking on airbnb and their policy's are super strict. Staying like a 2 minute walk to Mamita's. Hotels.com had same places half the price.

How many days you going? Going Jan 12th-19th and getting 7 day band when come available.

fri sat and sun of closing weekend than going to belize 4 days after that to see my wife's fam.
