Germany vs Argentina in the finals for me.

Which is somewhat ironic due to the Colonizing of Germany in parts of Argentina.

Well, it's written in stone on here.

Anyway, Very happy about the Finals. Germany is a very deserving team to win it seeing as how they have been a powerhouse for the last 20+ years in this tournament. They were bound to cash in on their chances. Germany winning will also tie Italy for titles. You know Italy doesn't want Germany winning LOL.

Argentina have definitely earned their right to make it here and Messi has a chance to solidify his career with a title. Romero played awesome during the penalties btw. Di Maria should be a go unless his thigh is giving him a lot of trouble.

Going to be fun watching the games.

If Germany wins it'll be 3-1. If Argentina wins most likely 2-1. I am totally routing for Argentina but man something tells me it will be Germany...

I wouldn't mind seeing Argentina win if only for the fact that it would be funny seeing them lift the World Cup trophy in Brazil

But really, i'd rather see Germany win and i'll be surprised if they lose on Sunday. They have been the better team and more exciting to watch throughout the tournament whereas the Argies have been pretty dull and uninspiring.

You got that right lol

I think Argentina is gonna win 2-1, and if Germany does win I think it will be something like 3-1 or 2-0...

I have a feeling Brazil will beat Netherlands... i'm going to say 4-2...

I really wanted to see Germany vs Netherlands or Brazil vs Argentina.... oh well

Fingers crossed Canada/USA gets World Cup 2022!

No way, man. The Netherlands have had a stronger squad than Brazil for the whole tournament - and that was even before losing Neymar and then the debacle with Germany. Even with Silva back, a Dutch win seems inevitable, the question now is by how much. Will Brazil still be shell-shocked from Tuesday and be humiliated again, or will they be able to regroup, restrategize, and rally a decent opposition? Considering that it's only the third-place game so the pressure isn't really there anymore (which is why these rounds are usually the most entertaining) and the return of their captain, I'm thinking it'll be the latter, but still something like 2-1 for the Dutch.

2022 is going to be in Qatar. Which is the stupidest fuckin' choice of host possible, and the decision has been plagued by widespread allegations of bribery, but that's another story. I'd love for us to bid for 2026 though.

This world cup anything can happen, and we have seen the netherlands fall apart in the past... not to mention the host country usally wins that 3rd place game, some times out of sheer respect...
Brazil was playing pourly for most of the world cup but I have a hrd time believing Brazil is gonna roll over... either way I think the 3rdplace game is going to be very entertaining to watch!

I know all about the Qatar situation.... but there was rumours that FIFA may offer it to US/Canada (if not an asian nation) a chance to host the worldcup.... If Qatar is found guilty of the labour laws/deaths and bribery stuff.... But yeah I am wishing on a star here lol
