Nah, Tiesto jumped on that bandwagon long after the Judge had already spouted it. I'm not sure if it actually was 128bpm (although I think I'm right from memory) but basically there have been studies that show music around your resting heart rate natural assimilates you to a relaxed state (i.e. that why chill out/lounge music is all around 65 to 80bpm) and when you enter the top third of your max heart rate (220 minus your age as a crude rule) so on average around 190 divided by 3 times 2 = 126 is the start of your aerobic training zone. Basically anything above that = PLUR/Unicorns/Bigfishlittlefishcardboardbox etc
