Seen him twice at Pbar.. not amazing but interesting enough. Solid DJing.

Seth Troxler is to underground house and techno what Tiesto was to trance music. Troxler is garbage.

RA crowd loves that innervisions sound. Dixon is an ok dj but I dont get what all the hype is about.

I dont get to see a lot of people live but I liked both Klock and Dettmann a lot this year. Garnier should be higher in my opinion. He is still really good. Really want to see Rodhad and Answer Code Request.

troxler is a funny dude, super down to earth too. I've seen him twice.. once he was actually really good, the other time he was a little too fucked up and sloppy.

Talabot is my favorite in the top 20.. would absolutely love catching MCDE.. he never comes to NA. I saw Ben UFO but was too drunk.. apparently Tale of Us isn't playing the IV/L&D sound anymore, I hear they're playing 130+ bpm techno sets.

i heard them in September at an island party and it was very much the IV and L&D sound lol. on a side note i caught ricardo villalobos earlier this year and he was too fucked up to beat match. he train wrecked every last transition, the place cleared out

People who say Troxler sucks either saw him once on an off night and never tried again or are just having a hating field day with the person he is and know nothing about how he plays.

I don't like this top DJ poll bullshit at all, people get too dramatic over it, and people that don't need more money make even more on top of it. My problem is the people that don't make it and deserve whatever exposure bullshit it is. For me, Mike Servito, Craig Richards and Maayan Nidam, should be on there.

Stop me if this is just too difficult to follow, but maybe - just maybe - Seth Troxler has a few too many "off-nights" due to his extra-curricular activities to warrant being considered anywhere near the 4th best DJ in the world.

Troxler is like the Jack Black of the RA scene, and I think the hul-lariously ironic novelty act is really beginning to wear off; he's gone from unconventional to just downright unprofessional, and I doubt his health will permit him to keep this up much longer.

Troxler is a pretty poor DJ technically. Every set I have seen or listened to of his has sloppy mixing. Listen to any of his live mixes on Soundcloud and it sounds like shoes in the dryer.

which is absolute proof that production ability trumps mixing skills in DJ world.

If you make great tracks, which Troxler surely does, people will come to see you. End of story.

See also, the relatively short shelf life of Eddie Halliwell who could mix circles around Troxler in the booth, but did not produce.

Halliwell might be the most technically gifted pure DJ i have ever seen. Even when he is playing garbage EDM tracks he is worth the price of admission.
