it's way older than 30 years, doesn't mean it's not true.

there is no law stating you need to pay this tax, that's the fact of the matter. if you checked out the link, there is much more recent case than 30 years ago - you will see someone WON their case against the IRS for this, since they could NOT point to the law that he broke (because it doesn't exist)

but whatever... the federal reserve that runs the US relies on exactly your type of ignorance, together with indoctrination and strong-arm tactics to collect illegally.

their propaganda has made anyone who questions it look like a tin foil hat loon. you should be aware of how propaganda works, they used it to wage illegal wars over than past decade. do you question that also?!

we rid these boards of the truthers and now we get the free men on the land movement coming in to take their place? it seems there is no shortage of idiots on the internets......

Posted by rubez on Jan-07-2015 12:38:

you're post has zero substance - that makes you the idiot. only a sheep believes a government that has been proven untrustworthy and guilty of blatant irrefutable lies - time and time again.

all i said was there is no law allowing the US to collect income tax. which there isn't, unless you can show us?

for every other jailable crime, they can cite a law that you have broken. where is this one?

the supreme court disagrees with you, dunce. go to school.

Posted by rubez on Jan-07-2015 13:29:

spoken like a true sheep.

if you can't point to the law, then shut up. that's the ONLY thing in question here.

your reasoning is equivalent to a child stamping the ground and saying "because i said so!"

actually, a supreme court ruling would be akin to a panel of legal experts telling you that you are a fucking idiot

see, it's that type of attitude they are banking on. quite literally.

i of course assume you didn't look into it, in your infinite wisdom.

There are no laws, there are no rights. Neither exists. Not in any real sense anyways.

Constitution doesnt exist either.

Its all psuedo reality to keep the masses happy with a pacifier in their mouth.

The actual state of affairs is that there is a large group that does all of the work and then there's a small percentage of born-lucky folks that get to sit back and enjoy the fruits of everyone else's labor. If any of the worker bees get out of line (for example: wants to keep all of their income instead of giving it away for taxes and social security, medicare), a crew shows up at their house with guns to take all their belongings and/or haul them off to prison.

^^^ This is why I stand for the national anthem at a ball game but I'm puzzled as to why everyone else is so willing to sing it.

Murica...fuck yea!

Actually, my reasoning is more akin to what a fucking moron. Why should I spoon feed this cretin with information he should have already found himself? fuckwit can't even internet, lulz

Dumb. As. Dog. Shit.

yeah, he fought the IRS and called for an end to income tax.

if you're talking about that decades-old news letter stuff, then you end up sounding like fox news etc.

rand seems like a diluted version. but maybe that's what's needed to 'slip through'.

Nice to meet you! I am the Sixteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Since you have not met me before, you can read a bit about me here:

Have a pleasant day!

I already did, actually: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tax_pr...dment_arguments

Unfortunately, these have all been rejected by judges every single time they have been advanced. Ron Paul may know a bit more about American law than pkcRAISTLIN, but he is after all a doctor, not a judge or a legal scholar. But I guess law school must turn people into "sheep," too, right?

Are you actually Scottish, or are you an American who changed your flag? It discourages me to think that what I believed was a stupidity particular to my country may have been leaking beyond its borders.

Baaah! Baaah!

you're a true sheep if you think just because a judge says it's so, then that's some sort of indisputable truth.

like a judge or court has never had a certain ruling weighted upon them from (not so) external forces - most of the fucking people in power in the US come from a special interests background (judges included), and are there on purpose, for a purpose... laws in the US are made specifically with special interests in mind, and to trample on the rights of the 99%.

watch the documentary hot coffee and gimmie your thoughts then. john grisham wrote a book based on it (and appears in the doc itself)

or continue to BAAAAH like a fucking sheep!

ahhhh hahahahahahahaha.

does rubez even understand the role of justices? hilariously enough, SC decisions are by definition indisputable truth!

dumb. as. dog. shit.

This of all subjects is ripe for the self affirming circular logic of the CT. The more official sources of legal interpretation you cite, the more you reaffirm their begged question. There is simply no way you can break the convinced out of their loop.
