Two of the best.

Two very fine chillout mixes in the same vein as 'chilled euphoria' are

Electric Calm mixed by The Forth

and my fave,

Platipus - Beginners Guide - the chillout disc mixed by Art of Trance.

Definetly a great chill... also one of my favourites, together with Moby (Play the B-Sides & 18), Air (Moon Safari), Dido, Cafe Del Mar, some Faithless tracks, Kruder & Dorfmeister, etcetera...
