-- The Red Pill: A critical mass of pathetic losers
Pages (4): « 1 [2] 3 4 »
I swear the c0r is on an upswing right now. This shit is gold. Not to get too meta but what's with the disparity between people with sense, and outright batshit? I don't think I've ever seen the divide as wide as this.
That "Lookism" forum I linked is sheer madness. I had another browse through it today. Every single post is amongst the most neurotic shit I've ever read. This is the dark power of the Internet. Isolated individuals, who in previous epochs would never dare share the weird workings of their cracked minds with another human, can now join together online and drive each other collectively insane in a mutually-affirmative confluence of absolute insanity.

omg. Such garbage. Telling shorter dudes to wear shoes to increase their height. Fuck that lol
sometimes I look at shorter guys and just think about how easy it would be to kick the shit out of them
Most short guys do actually suck though.

| Originally posted by SYSTEM-J You know sometimes an innocuous Google search can unearth a bizarre underworld of weird shit? Well this evening I stumbled across The Red Pill. Now, there's no shortage of laughable anti-woman ideology on the Internet from guys who can't get laid, but this is remarkable. This is a whole complex philosophy built on hatred of women, resentment of successful men and self-loathing of oneself by abject limp-dick losers. A beginner's guide: http://www.businessinsider.com/the-...dit-2013-8?IR=T. If you can't even be bothered reading that, here's the shortest version: a whole community of men convinced that the women have it easier than men, that only "alpha males" get laid and a whole consequent online community of men desperately trying to transform themselves into alpha males via pick-up artistry, bodybuilding and hilariously neurotic obsession with stuff like plastic surgery. Seriously just click anywhere on this forum - the mind boggles: http://lookism.net/index.php |
Although I never think of my height as an advantage, I'm glad I'm not short.
Thanks for listening.
I never realized how much of an issue being short is for a guy until I had a short friend who started online dating and how he would use advance options to weed through girls who were taller than him. I was shocked that for
Little guys height was such a HUGE issue.

On a biological level people have a preference for people of a similar height once you account for gender differences (so average height guys prefer average height girls). It seems girls seem to commonly say they'd never go for a guy that is shorter than them though.

Never understood the tall woman thing either.
Like ok you can dunk a basketball, but I don't want some broad that's so tall her head pokes out of the roof of my car like Dino from The Flintsones.

I wonder if I'm an outlier because I'm 24 centimetres taller than my wife (almost 10 inches in random units). I'm 1.77m tall (5"10') and she's 1.53m (5"). Although I've fancied some girls closer to my height when I was younger, I don't think the tallest was 1.70m (5"6')... Which I guess makes me a gnomephile |
that sounds right. i wouldnt date any chick that was more than 8 inches taller than me
every day is a fight as I muster enough of my white male privilege and try to not get swallowed whole. A matrix reference no shit huh

We would collect all sorts of data on behavior patterns across the site, including communication rates. One such chart was a graph of communication rates between men and women plotted against the difference in height between the man and the woman. The chart clearly showed that the highest comm. rate occurred when the difference between the heights of the man and the woman was 4-8 inches (with the man being taller). It tapered off on either side of that difference, like a bell curve almost. I know your question was about relationships and not comm. rates on dating websites, but thought this had some relevance here. |
Most of us don't like the idea that many of our decisions are driven by primitive instincts and emotions. I need to date a woman who is taller than me to prove that I have free will. Come to think of it I am but that's besides the point.
