("...and a centre, Hakeeeeeem 'The Dream' OOooooooooolajuwon!")

Or, y'know, this one...

Good idea on the first one but I don't think it is it.

i was actually searching for this specific track a long time ago and i found a mint copy while out digging in the dusty cellars of geneva.

it's Doop with the track Doop. i think it's the original mix, but it could also be the edit.

I figured it out today!!! It is a recent track though I think they were going for a late 90's feel in the part I was remembering. It is the breakdown of "If It Ain't Dutch" by Armin van Buuren and W&W:

Wow, that's terrible.

I ordered lasers, dry ice, and a fog machine as a result of this thread.

That track gave me rectal cancer.

Don't know what to dislike more, the track or the track title?

Which it was this one, the Laser Edit of course

Great suggestion, but I don't think so. I listened to several and none were a match. I think the song must be pretty famous and I was starting to listen to pretty obscure tracks.

Oh, I knew it wouldn't be, but your experience reminds me of mine when trying to figure out what the Starting Lineup music for the 90s Houston Rockets was (which was that Capella track). I was obsessed with it, but for some reason I kept thinking it was a group called Collective Soul, which makes NO sense at all!

Love a good old mystery solved.

That's good you figured it out! I actually used to watch the Rockets with my dad as a kid in Houston in the early 90s so I probably heard it too!

Haha, KLF's Trancentral AND Capella in the same starting line-up music. Beats that ol' wack Armin/W&W anthem any day.

Can't say I was a huge Houston fan, but I was a total Clyde Drexler mark, so when he joined the Rockets, and they were making that insane run through the 95 playoffs, you bet I watched all those starting line-ups!
