Sorry to hear that. We have two miniature Dachshunds and a miniature Yorkie/Pom mix. They're family, and I will be devastated when each's time comes.

I'm really sorry to hear that. I hope you give him a true viking sendoff.

I've been caring for a baby squirrel my cat found in the neighbors garden. Had him for four days, the cutest little thing, and was taking him to a squirrel sanctuary this morning but he died last night. Just buried him in the garden 10 mins ago

Yeah, he's resting in the forest now.

I knew he was old, but it all just happened so suddenly and without warning.

Or that! That'd be great too

Looks like the red color which is very popular with the Renault Clio over here. I think it's a sort of metalic paint which should keep its color over time.

Hopefully! When you said red fades with time, I was worried whether it would turn stale orange or some pastel shade of pink.

But I really wanted a lively colour, and the last car they had at the dealership was red so... yippie-kye-yay!

Can you remove the front wheel of your bikes easily? Then they will fit better as you can rotate the steers 90 degrees.

Yeah! I can remove both wheels of my bike and my wife's folds in half. I guess they'll fit

Lira that Kicks looks awesome. The red roof looks cool but how often do you look at the roof of your car? Is it to late to get the Kicks? Btw I was the same way when I bought my car color is one of most important decisions. Reminds me how much emotion plays a part of our purchases.

Haha, a bit, I've already paid the... "signal" (a first payment that signals you really want the car, so there's no risk someone else can grab it afterwards). Is there a word in English for this? Is this even common practice abroad?

I won't lie, my wife was so excited about the Kicks we almost changed our mind. Problem was, when we decided to buy a car some 5 months ago, we wanted something that cost around U$ 10000, we eventually chose a car that cost almost twice this limit, and the Kicks is almost US$ 30000, so it was a bit too much. Unless, of course, we got a used car, but because we tend to use cars for decades in my household, I thought I'd rather spend this much money on a new car that is bound to stay with us until the heat death of the universe

Totally. We did a lot of research, but when it came to the final decision, colour (for me) and country of origin (for my wife) counted a lot.

Very sorry to hear about your loss, Nik; that's terrible

Thanks!

So, yeah, I made the down payment, there's no turning back now... Though I caught my dad asking the seller if we could buy the Kicks in a couple of years and offer the Versa as part of the payment

There's a lot of stress buying a car. At the end it's a relief to make a decision and move on to other things.

Saw Deepchord at Tresor yesterday, was pretty cool. His live sets are always quite banging but this one was really, really intense, almost dark in places.

I REMEMBER THIS VIDEO!!!

(As I recall it, those were drug traffickers in the Amazon or something, and this video was aired on national television and the policemen were unfazed even though everyone lauded them as heroes - apparently because, for them, it was just another Tuesday )
