well i did it 4 years ago.... i started to bitch about the way the company was run, and the rest of my co workers joined in...
Off course i was blamed as the troble maker but they couldn't fire me... don't know how it works in USA but in denmark when you start the education as a mechanic you sign a 4 years contract with a firm, and they can't fire you... well they can but then my union would give them hell
But anyway we had a talk a few days later... and had a good old forgiv and forget moment.
At the christmas party the year after, my boss and the rest of the management left as soon as all the workers started to get drunk
