idk.... at times a pack a day, sometimes less. i remember weeks when i could go without a cigarette. at the end i was alternating btw marlboro mediums and newports. i smoked 2 packs of newports one night and decided the next day i had to quit (just as soon as i finished my current pack).

i don't think i still miss them becuase i am still physically addicted, i miss them becuase i liked smoking. oh well. i hope it gets better some day. it just scares me cause my mom randomly brought up in conversation one day that she could pick up a pack of cigarettes and start smoking again. she quit 30 yrs ago (and i never told her i smoked.)

dam....i heard about that....the fact that ex-smokers can slip back into the habit so FAST....i am too weak for this...LOL....well i wish you luck....but you made it this far, it would be crazy to even bother with it any more.....but thats easier for me to say then do.
