Im planning to wake up my partner in the middle of the night by vacuuming her asshole. I havent been this excited since I got my shark teeth
So, how did it go? Techno has ruined me to such an extent I can't help but think it would've been awesome if you recorded that, shark teeth and all, and then sampled it with a drone buzz in the background. Like, the track starts a rumble, then in comes the build-up comprised of half turbine, half drone buzz, and then total oonts, oonts, oonts.
I'm sure this track would blend seamlessly into an IHateModels set, and the world would be a much better place for it.
Lol @ Lira on the somehow genuine follow up.
Tbh it sucked.
I woke her up when I got up, she rolled on her back and was wearing shorts. The vacuum had little effect and she proceeded to remind me that she has to wake up early for training and that I have to drive her downtown. I felt pretty stupid.
It was kind of like going to see Ricardo Villalobos. You hear good things and against your better judgement you decide to go see him, even if you dont like any of his 30 minute songs. He starts playing multiple songs at once and it sounds like a 4 am vacuum cleaner competing against car alarms and noisy dogs.

So what's Plan B??
Was planning to get married and then serve divorce papers right after the ceremony but Im going to lay off the sauce and laser lettuce for a bit
No more laser lettuce? So in the end, you really are tossing the salad.
Rejoice, for God offers us all jobs in mysterious ways 🙏
Got everything ready this Friday to go to Chile for work.
Will be spending the next working week there, and because I'm going to an event tailored to people who speak little to no Spanish (or whatever language Chileans speak, which is definitely not Spanish), there will be very little free time lest those who can't communicate with the locals get lost somewhere in Santiago to never be found.
If I manage to escape and have some downtime on my own, has anyone around here ever been to Santiago and can recommend a place or two?

There's something quaint about racist trolling on a virtually dead music forum in 2024. You keep those '00s vibes alive, trooper!
Youre getting gangbanged by the whole Browns football team?
Drum'n'bass has ruined me to such an extent, and this attempt at trolling is so bizarre, I first gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought the bit about race mixing referred changing tracks in a set every 30 seconds.
The account has been suspended for all the obvious and trolling reasons.
Definitely not at all funny, extremely try hard.
Wifey and I spent this past weekend in Saint-milion and toured a chateau on Friday. We were scheduled to start at 5:00 and arrived at our place at 4:30. Map told us it would take 20 minutes to bike to it, wife's bike's chain broke on the way, I fixed it and got my hands all greasy, arrived at 5:30 soaked in sweat. Spent 10 minutes scrubbing my hands after I told our sommelier I didn't want to drink their fine wines with dirty hands. With a chuckle of appreciation, she said, "Yes, good idea." Ended up being a great experience though. What a beautiful place. Learned loads about winemaking and various Bordeaux wines, refined the senses a little and grabbed a few 20+ old Grand Crus. If you have the chance, check it out. It was also nice finally getting a weekend alone together, which we hadn't enjoyed since December. We've always decided to go clubbing, but doing this was so much more relaxing.

He's talking to us, his fellow Europeans.
Grand cru just means hairy women and hairless men stomp your grapes with crusty feet.
On a less serious note(but still serious) beer and cider are better than wine in every possible way.

Mid-summer racing update!
It has been a busy and successful season so far. I have completed 3 of my 5 scheduled Triathlon events for 2024. Each race has netted a new achievement in my athletic career, and I have really enjoyed competing in the different cities and against different fields of athletes.
Ironman 70.3 Gulf Coast was in May, and was a "racecation" destination in Panama City Beach, Florida. An early start, we kicked off the swim at 5:40 AM to beat the heat. The ocean was angry that day, my friends. I battled choppy waves and got stung by a jellyfish. It was so difficult to see during the swim, and I landed on the shore more than 100 feet away from the actual swim exit. I had to swim sideways along the beach just to get closer. The bike was flat and fast, and I was hauling at ~23 mph (37 kmph) with a nice tailwind on the Florida state highway. The run was a 3 loop affair around trashy ass Panama City Beach and I got to bake in the hot sun for a while. I really struggled getting a solid pace, as I had to deal with processing the carbs I took in on the bike, and succumbed to a stomach cramp with half a mile to go. However, I had a good enough bike and run to land me under 5 hours, which was a milestone and a new PR for me. A solid start to the season!
Next up was USAT Multisport Nationals in early June. My father and I traveled to Omaha, Nebraska to compete in the National Championships for a variety of multisport events. It's a week-long festival containing more than 11 races to choose from. I raced against the country's top triathletes in the Open Water Swim (750m), Aquabike (1500m swim, 40k bike), and Aquathlon (1000m swim, 5k run). I really wanted to lean into my best event, the swim. I placed 3rd overall in the Open Water swim, and 2nd in my Age Group for the Aquabike and Aquathlon. It was an honor to be on the podium 3 times in a National level event! I gained a lot of experience in Open Water swimming, and loved the short course races.
Last weekend was Tri Louisville, the annual triathlon in my hometown. The athletes in my city are no slouches, and the field in the Olympic category was quite competitive this year. There are two main categories, however, one being the Sprint, which is half the distances of the Olympic triathlon (Olympic is 1500m swim, 40k bike, 10k run). I won the Sprint category overall and my teammate won the Olympic category for females. We both became Kentucky State Champions for 2024. This is my second overall win in a local triathlon. It's a real honor, and I'm so grateful that I stayed healthy and trained hard all off-season.
I've been through a lot this year so far, and these events have been great distractions. I have two more races, Ironman 70.3 Louisville (another hometown showcase, this time the Ironman distance and what is bound to be a scorching hot run) and USAT Age Group Nationals (in New Jersey, Olympic distance). I have been fighting burnout a little bit, but my team has ballooned and we have doubled in size as more athletes want to join and race in our kits. I'll post another update at the end of the season. I know you all are just random trance music fans but you weirdos are family to me and I wanted to share
.
Congrats dude! It's great you have something healthy, meaningful, and challenging to accomplish. Wewt!
Thank you Jenny! The days when I was heavy and had high cholesterol and other health problems seem like ancient history now. I remember how uncomfortable I was when I was heavy and I can't understand how the really obese people get through life. Probably really poorly. People don't have to be competitive athletes like me, but simply eating less and moving more changes your life completely.
