The whole point I was making was that whenver a US artist gets a trance remix, i.e. Moby, Madonna, etc. the remixer always gets called a "sellout" or "tool".
But whenver an oversees popstar, like Ayumi Hamasaki, gets a trance remix, people are amped about it. Look at Ayu - M (The EP), arguably one of the greatest Trance albums ever. It's nothing but remixed pop songs!
I understand that people think Tiesto is in it just for the money, but I just think he's trying something new. He's made millions, he's a worldwide star, what does he need to spend time remixing Madonna tunes for if he didn't want to?

You bitch at Tiesto, but why didnt you bitch at Ferry Corsten when he remixed U2 ? pop star there.. Why didnt you bitch at Above and Beyond and Paul Oakenfold for remixing Madonna ? .. nor Paul van Dyk for remixing Alphaville ? nor Matt Darey for remixing several other POP starts tunes ? as well the many other Dj's that have remixed several artists tunes ..
ITS PATHETIC ! IF you are gonna bitch about somebody remixing a pop starts tune, in which this case, madonna is one of the biggest and respectable stars, knows the music and all. Its just plain stupid if you are going to keep on bashing just because you want to, for someone remixing a stars tune, I think its just a previlege to do it .

i cant believe that some of you are fighting over this horseshit...and as for Az and Mikey Mike - get something better to do. we all know its real easy to start flamewars...alot easier than leaving the computer and doing something actually constructive|
