sure there was a thread in amateur producers section in which u were trying to recreate flutlicht's synths, but I could be wrong
Wookieslut, have u given the latest stuff a good listening to? the synth from the silence, and from dreaming of you is completely different

Flutlicht kick ass!
Talla - Silence (Flutlicht Mix)
and
Cosmic Gate feat. Jan Johnston - Raging (Flutlicht Mix)

absolutely top notch

I've got some DJ Natron sets, fuckin mint! Flutlicht's productions/remixes are 1st class. Hopefully i get to see Flutlicht live that would be an awesome event...

Their work puts to shame 99% of the producers out there.

Alex Bartlett - Amnesia (Flutlicht vs. S.H.O.K.K. Remix)
- pure energy, in audio format

fluticht is too simple. i always thought that likeing them was like being a trance newbie because your taste in music wasnt that developed.

its true, theres a point in your musical listening that it becomes tiring to listen to trance like this all the time. im not saying listening to fluticht is dumb, but its just a little simple. listen to something more complex like, i dunno, something more proggy

oh, so you're one of THOSE
heh flutlicht have got every little detail down to perfection, they've got a style, and it works really well. They make stuff for clubs, not for nobodies to pick apart at home. But if you want to talk about complex, take a listen to they're mix of the silence, and tell me anything about the arrangement of that track is simple

Posted by kr00t0n on Dec-12-2002 17:37:

Not meaning to offend, but if you take a look at the flags by the avatars of the 3 ppl who dont like Flutlicht, you may notice something, not that I'm generalising

And to call Flutlicht simple is to call a Rubix Cube a two-piece jigsaw!!

FLutlicht have got so much going on in their tracks/remixes, ands that what I lurv

yeh that never got released. it was a file which was stolen off my comp, of which i had three unreleased mixes of it. (alternative, non vocal, mark guard mix) i shared the non vocal, and the alterntive got snatched

Posted by Ste on Dec-12-2002 20:39:

if any music is the most simple is prog, they jsut add more random sound arrangments to hide over the basic beat/bass...

flutlicht tracks usually have 30/40 layers if u have a listen, and dont follow the same formula each time.
