My vote goes to Lemon8..

Tracks like Misja Helsloot vs. Roland K. feat Nicole - A different world (Lemon8 remix) and Lemon8 - New York, New York are the reason..

Also his Inner Sanctuary Sessions mix CD was great (but I left that out of consideration since we were talking about producers here. It gives a nice overview on his own work too, though).

then follow Holden, gabriel and Dresden, Junkie XL and Sander Kleinenberg.
I think Kleinenberg and Howells are THE most promising prog djs for the future!
